Our Services
Three services. Each one shaped to where you are.
From a single assessment session to a sustained advisory rhythm, our services are designed to fit the pace and scale of Colombian agribusiness.

Our advisory approach.
Every engagement begins with listening. Before we offer any view or suggest any direction, we spend time understanding what your operation actually looks like — production rhythm, cost structure, team capacity, market relationships, and the pressures the current season is bringing.
We do not arrive with a pre-written framework. The structure of each service creates a clear pathway, but what fills that pathway is drawn from your situation, not from a generic playbook. The written output at the end of every engagement reflects your specific context, not a standard report template with different names inserted.
Confidentiality is a precondition, not a feature. Everything shared with us stays within the engagement. We document this at the start of every relationship and hold to it strictly.
Service 01
Field Read
A practical session for growers and cooperatives who want an outside view of their operation. We look at production, costs, and market options together, then agree on a short list of realistic steps. The session can take place on-site or by video depending on your preference. Includes a written summary and a follow-up call within two weeks.
What's included
- One half-day session (on-site or remote)
- Review of production, cost, and market position
- Written summary with agreed next steps
- Follow-up call within two weeks of the session
Process
- 01 Initial call to understand your situation and agree on scope
- 02 Session day: production review, cost discussion, market options
- 03 Written summary delivered within five working days
- 04 Follow-up call to check on first steps and answer questions
Service 02
Season Companion
A three-month advisory rhythm following the working cycle of the farm. You receive monthly sessions, steady support between them, and a shared plan that respects the land and its timing. Shaped to ease the year's pressures. Suitable for growers and cooperatives who want continuity, not just a single outside view.
What's included
- Three monthly sessions over the engagement period
- Ongoing support by message or call between sessions
- Shared seasonal plan developed collaboratively
- End-of-engagement written summary
Process
- 01 Alignment call to understand the season's pressures and set focus areas
- 02 Month 1: initial review and plan development
- 03 Month 2: mid-point check and adjustment
- 04 Month 3: close review and forward planning summary
Service 03
Value Chain Study
A five-week assessment for established agribusinesses preparing to reach new buyers. We review production, quality, and market links, then deliver a considered, prioritized roadmap. Includes a working session with your team and, where helpful, key partners. Suited to operations ready to move beyond existing market relationships.
What's included
- Full five-week assessment of production through to market
- Quality review aligned to target buyer expectations
- Working session with your team (and partners, if appropriate)
- Prioritized roadmap delivered in written form
Process
- 01 Week 1: scoping call and documentation review
- 02 Weeks 2–3: production, quality, and market chain analysis
- 03 Week 4: team working session and partner engagement (if included)
- 04 Week 5: final roadmap delivered and presented

Standards & Protocols
What holds across all services.
Confidentiality agreement
Signed at the start of every engagement. No operational or financial data leaves the engagement.
Written output commitment
Every service ends with a document the client owns and can use independently of Sumapaz.
Independence from commercial partners
No commissions, no referral arrangements. Our advice reflects what we see, not what benefits us commercially.
Agricultural calendar scheduling
Sessions and outputs are timed to your seasonal context, not to our convenience.
Dedicated consultant contact
You work with the same consultant throughout your engagement — not a rotating team.
Scope agreed in advance
What the engagement covers and what it costs is agreed before it begins. No surprises after.
